I’m not a resolution person per se, but I do like to make goals. They’re typically more general, like prioritizing wellness or learning more. Basically I can pat myself on the back at the end of the year because my two nights of 8 hours a sleep are better than my one night from the year before. In all seriousness, I do make time at the end of every year to reflect. Not to sound like a backyard therapist, but self-reflection does help with personal growth (I speak from experience). So here’s my reflection on 2024. I titled the list “24 things in 2024” for two reasons: 1) I think it’s catchy; 2) It forced me to actually reflect to reach that magic number 24. Here’s my list and I challenge you to make one yourself!
